A comprehensive renovation transformed this dated structure into a modern residence. An in-ground gunite pool was integrated as a natural extension of the landscape, with surrounding grounds carefully redesigned to balance architectural precision and natural beauty. Strategically placed expansive windows frame the verdant surroundings, capturing seasonal transitions and blurring boundaries between interior and exterior. Inspired by the landscape, we embraced a playful yet considered approach to the interiors. Warm vintage pieces from Hudson, New York, harmonize with tactile contemporary furnishings, anchoring the space with a distinctive character. Our curated collection of international art and ceramics adds depth and unexpected charm, creating a home that feels both inviting and serene—an ideal setting for relaxation and entertaining.
